I’m a product designer at Presidio (formerly Ergo) in Dublin, working inside delivery teams from the first workshop to live release. My work includes the SBCI Hub, the portal behind €570M of state backed SME lending, plus products for AIB Life and BWG Foods.

UX/UI Designer, Digital Transformation
- Designed the SBCI Hub, which has supported €570M in funding to 4,794 businesses through 40+ lending partners
- Led design of AIB Life’s case management platform (Power Apps) and customer portal (Power Pages), from discovery to release
- Redesigned AIB Life’s Fact Find tool in 2 months and led the full redesign of BWG Foods’ ShopLink ordering platform
- Own shared Figma component libraries, including moving the SBCI Hub system from Adobe XD and a branded system for AIB Life
- Led the team’s move to AI assisted prototyping with Cursor, and mentor incoming graduates with regular design critique

- Shaped the UX strategy for our winning multi million euro SUSI tender, with clickable prototypes so evaluators could try a working demo
- Lead requirements gathering in client meetings, which has opened new work within existing accounts
- Write statements of work and estimates that turn loose client requests into scoped projects
